Delivery is by Royal Mail or other courier and comes with tracking. Please allow up to 7-14 working days for your order, excluding weekends. Some international deliveries may take up to 28 days over the holiday period. Please keep this in mind if purchasing as a gift for someone i.e., birthday or Christmas presents, best to order 3-4 weeks before the specific celebration date. Returns ONLY accepted if product arrives damaged, but I can assure you all items are checked before being sent off.
